摘要 目的探讨基于ABC管理法的自我管理教育在住院2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法将96例住院2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组与对照组各48例。对照组按常规实施糖尿病自我管理教育,观察组实施基于ABC管理法的糖尿病自我管理教育。干预后3、6个月评价两组糖尿病健康知识和行为、自我管理得分,并检测血糖。结果干预后观察组糖尿病健康知识和行为能力得分、自我管理得分、血糖水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论基于ABC管理法的糖尿病自我管理教育可显著提高患者的糖尿病知识水平和自我管理行为能力,控制血糖水平。 Objective To assess the effectiveness of ABC classification management applied in self-management education for patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 96 patients admitted to the department of endocrinological diseases were randomly and evenly allocated to 2 groups.The control group received routine self-management education,while the intervention group were subjected to ABC classification management based self-management education.Scores of diabetes related knowledge and behaviors,scores of self-management,and plasma glucose levels were compared between the 2 groups at 3 and 6 months.Results After the intervention,the intervention group had better results regarding the above-mentioned indicators than the control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion ABC classification management based self-management education can improve type 2 diabetes patients′diabetes related knowledge and self-management behaviors,therefore better control their glucose levels.
