肿瘤科护士对预前指示的推行意愿及影响因素研究

Investigation on current status and influencing factors of oncology nurses′willingness of promoting the use of advanced directive

目的了解肿瘤科护士对预前指示的推行意愿,并分析其影响因素,为开展肿瘤科医护人员预前指示知识与技能培训提供依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、预前指示态度量表及护士推行预前指示意愿调查问卷对成都市4所三甲医院350名肿瘤科在职护士进行调查。结果肿瘤科护士对预前指示推行意愿总分为80.23±9.39,预前指示态度得分为28.60±4.01。肿瘤科护士对预前指示的态度与推行意愿呈正相关,多元线性回归结果显示是否接受过预前指示相关培训以及对预前指示态度为护士推行预前指示意愿的主要影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论肿瘤科护士对推行预前指示呈正向意愿,但相关培训不足。建议对肿瘤科医护人员开展系统规范且层次分明的知识与技能培训,以促进预前指示的推行。

Objective To investigate oncology nurses′willingness of promoting advanced directive（AD）,to explore related influencing factors,and to offer evidence support for AD related skills and knowledge training for oncology staff.Methods A survey was conducted to investigate 350 nurses working in oncology department of 4 tertiary hospitals in Chengdu,Sichuan,by using ageneral information questionnaire,the Attitudes Towards AD Scale and the Nurses′ Willingness of Promoting AD Questionnaire.Results The total score of oncology nurses′willingness of promoting AD questionnaire was 80.23±9.39,and the score of attitudes towards AD was 28.60±4.01.Nurses′attitudes towards AD was positively correlated to their willingness of promoting AD.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that,whether nurses had received training about AD or not,and nurses′attitude toward AD were major predictors of nurses′willingness of promoting AD（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Oncology nurses were willing to promote AD,while they were under trained regarding AD.In order to expand AD service in China,oncology staff should be given systematic and adequate AD related skills and knowledge training.
