人造板及其制品1 m^3气候箱法甲醛释放量分级初步研究 被引量:2

Preliminary Study on Grading of Climate Chamber for Determination of Formaldehyde Emission from Wood-based Panels and Finishing Products

摘要 采用1 m^3气候箱法对采集到的45种人造板及其制品甲醛释放量进行测定,得到无甲醛添加和有甲醛添加人造板及其制品的甲醛释放区间值。根据甲醛释放区间值,建议将人造板及其制品甲醛释放量分为3级,甲醛释放量小于等于0.02 mg/m^3;甲醛释放量大于0.02 mg/m^3,小于等于0.06 mg/m^3;甲醛释放量大于0.06 mg/m^3,小于等于0.124 mg/m^3。 The climate chamber method was used to detect the formaldehyde emission of 45 kinds of wood-based panels and finishing products. The area values of the formaldehyde release were obtained fi'om these wood-based panels and finishing products with low or free of formaldehyde emission. According to formaldehyde release area value, the wood-based panels and finishing products could be divided into three levels :1) formaldehyde emission less than or equal to 0.02 mg/m^3; 2) formaldehyde emission greater than 0.02 mg/m^3 and less than or equal to 0.06 mg/m^3; 3) formaldehyde emission greater than 0.06 mg/m^3 and less than or equal to 0.124 mg/m^3.
