活性砂滤池运行中常见问题分析及对策——以徐州市某污水处理厂为例

徐州市某污水厂深度处理采用活性砂滤池工艺,对其活性砂滤池在生产中出现的除磷局限性、跑砂、砂床板结等常见问题进行了分析,提出了更改除磷点位置、合理调整提砂器工作空气流量、洗砂水排放管路设置沉砂池、清洁空气管路、定期扰动砂床、停止进水等对策,在生产中取得了很好的效果,对活性砂滤池的稳定运行具有重要指导和借鉴意义。

The active sand filter process was used in a sewage treatment plant advanced treatment in Xuzhou. The common problems of activated sand filter in the production, such as phosphorus removal limitation, sand running, sand bed hardening and so on, were analyzed; and the countermeasures were given, such as changing the loca- tion of phosphorus removal point, adjusting the working air flow of the sand lifter reasonably, setting sand sink in the discharge line of washing sand water, cleaning air pipeline, disturbing sand bed regularly and stopping the influent, which achieved very good results in production. It has important guidance and reference significance for the stable operation of activated sand filter.
