凡河流域水生态功能分区与管理方案研究

在凡河流域水生态三级功能分区结果的基础上,对凡河流域的经济、社会、自然环境及水生态环境等现状进行深入调查分析,将凡河流域进一步划分为4个水生态环境管理功能区,确定每个功能区的生态管理目标,据此提出凡河流域不同水生态功能区的管理方案,建立水生态管理系统。

Based on the results of the three-level functional division of water ecology in Fanhe River basin, the present situation of the economic, social, natural environment and water ecological environment of the river basin is investigated and analyzed deeply, the river basin is divided into four function areas of water ecological environment management, and the ecological management objectives of each functional area is determined. Thus the paper put forward the management schemes for different water ecological functional areas, to establish the water ecological management system.
