环境损害评估信息公开问题研究

我国环境损害评估信息公开制度已经取得了一定成效,但还存在法律法规不完善、政府保障不足、公众参与难度较大的问题。针对这些问题,提出转变政府危机处理理念、完善政府信息公开制度、提高公众的参与意识等建议。

The system of information disclosure for environmental damage assessment in China has achieved certain results, but there are still problems such as imperfect laws and regulations, inadequate government guarantee and difficulties in public participation. To solve these problems, it is necessary to change the concept of government crisis management and improve the government information disclosure system, further to raise public awareness of participation.
