摘要
指出了随着我国智慧景区建设提上日程,景区APP是实现景区智慧化的重要手段。景区APP虽有了一定程度的发展,但普遍缺乏对游客体验的关注。采用文献分析法、对比分析法、问卷调查法,从游客体验的角度出发,分析了景区APP功能应用和开发过程中供需两方面存在的问题,提出了相应的完善建议,以增强景区APP使用的便利性和实用性,提升用户体验。
In recent years,the construction of intelligent scenic spots in China has been put on the agenda.Intelligence is the goal of scenic spots construction,and APP is an important means to achieve intelligence.Although the scenic area APP has a certain degree of development,but generally lack of attention to the tourist experience.By using the method of literature analysis,comparative analysis and questionnaire,this paper analyzes the existing problems of two parties in the application and development of scenic spots from the perspective of tourist experience.It also puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the convenience and practicability of the use of APP in the scenic area and raise the user experience.
