摘要
指出了水土资源优化配置对于灌溉方案和可持续性经营都有着极其重要的意义。介绍了水土资源优化配置的概念和应用、国内外灌溉方案中水土资源优化配置方法及模型的研究现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了有效对策。
The optimal allocation of water and soil resourcesis of great significance to irrigation schemes and sustainable management.This paper introducesthe concept and applicationof optimal allocation of water and soil resources,the research status of water and soil resources allocation methods and models in domestic and international irrigation schemes.It alsoanalyzes the existing problems and countermeasures.
