化工生态工业园区规划设计探讨——以大连松木岛化工园区为例

Study on the Design of Chemical Eco-industrial Park——A Case Study of Dalian Deal Island Chemical Industrial Park

指出了化学工业适宜于建设化工生态园以满足资源的可持续利用,其对改变化工产业高污染、高能耗等现状方面具有重要意义。结合大连松木岛化工园区的实例,阐述了化工生态工业园区规划设计的原则、理念和思想方法,着重对园区不同阶段的产业链进行了规划设计,并简要提出了园区的管理方案。

Chemical industry is fit for constructing chemical eco-industrial park in order to satisfysustainable utilization of resources,which has significant importance in changing the situation of severe pollutant and high-power consumption at present.The design principles,ideas and methods of chemical eco-industrial park were illustrated in this paper based on the case study of Dalian Deal Island chemical industrial park.The industrial chain of variant phases was mainly planned,and the management scheme of chemical park was also proposed in brief.
