摘要
采用粉末直接压片法制备了盐酸曲美他嗪分散片,为流动性差的原料药提供粉末直接压片技术,为盐酸曲美他嗪提供新型片剂。采用药物与多孔性载体预混的方法提高原料药的流动性,使用新型辅料改善药物整体流动性及可压性,制备质量符合要求的盐酸曲美他嗪分散片。将原料药与胶态二氧化硅预混后,再与其他优良的直压辅料混匀,制得的分散片崩解及溶出均比市售片加快。结果表明:采用粉末直接压片法制备盐酸曲美他嗪分散片,工艺简单,节约成本,提高了经济效益;制得的分散片口感良好,崩解迅速,携带方便,提高了老人、儿童及吞咽困难患者的顺应性。
Objective:The dispersible tablet of trimetazidine hydrochloride was prepared by powder direct compression technique,which provided for poorly flowable drug,and a new tablet type for trimetazidine hydrochloride.Method:The drug was premixed with porous carrier to improve the fluidity.The new auxiliary materials were used to improve the overall fluidity and compressibility of the drug,and prepare the desired dispersible tablet.Results:After the raw drug was premixed with the colloidal silica,it was mixed with other excellent direct pressure auxiliary materials.It showed that the disintegrating time and dissolution changed faster than the commercially available tablets.Conclusion:The dispersible tablet of trimetazidine hydrochloride is prepared by powder direct compression technique.The processesare simple and the economic benefit is improved.The prepared dispersible tablet has good taste,rapid disintegration,convenient carry-on,and improves the compliance of the elderly and children with dysphagia.
