玄参中多酚类物质的超声波提取工艺优化 被引量:2

摘要 采用超声波提取技术提取了玄参中的多酚类物质。通过单因素实验探讨了乙醇体积分数、超声温度、超声时间、料液比和超声功率对提取效率的影响。在此基础上,选择乙醇体积分数、超声温度、超声时间和料液比进行L9(34)正交试验,确定了多酚类物质的最佳提取条件:乙醇体积分数70%,超声温度50℃,超声时间1.0h,料液比1∶30(g/mL),超声功率900W。 Polyphenols were extracted from Radix Scrophulariae by ultrasonic method.The effects of five factors on the extraction,including alcohol concentration,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic times,material/solvent ratio and ultrasonic power were studied by single factor test.Based on the single factor experiment,the effects of alcohol volume fraction,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic times and material/solvent ratio were optimized by L9(34)orthogonal experiment.The optimal parameters were determined as follows:the concentration of ethanol is 70%;leaching temperature is 50℃;time is 1.0 h;the ratio of Radix Scrophulariae to ethanol is 1:30(g·mL-1);ultrasonic power is 900 W.
