摘要
指出了叶黄素是一种天然色素,既有增色作用又具有多种生物活性,在食品、化妆品、饲料等领域有广泛的应用前景。综述了我国万寿菊中叶黄素提取工艺的研究现状,为深入研究万寿菊中叶黄素的提取及其功能活性提供参考。
The lutein is a kind of natural pigment,which was served as colorant and bioactive substances.Thus,it should be possessed a good application prospect of industrialization,such as food,cosmetics,fodder and so on.The research progresses on the extraction technology of lutein in marigold were reviewed in this article,which provided a reference for its further research and development.
