纳米银掺杂聚苯胺/石墨烯复合材料的制备及性能

Preparation and properties of nano silver doped polyaniline/graphene composites

摘要 通过"绿色"重氮化反应,利用亚硝酸异戊酯和对苯二胺在石墨烯表面共轭接枝苯胺基团,并在过硫酸铵和硝酸银的共同氧化作用下,制得纳米银掺杂的聚苯胺/石墨烯复合材料。通过FTIR、SEM、TEM、XRD、TG和四探针电阻率测试仪对产物进行表征,结果表明,石墨烯表面的聚苯胺接枝率随着重氮化反应过程中反应温度的升高而增加。此外,随着氧化剂中银离子含量的增加,银粒子掺杂聚苯胺以及银粒子掺杂聚苯胺/石墨烯的电阻率均逐渐下降,当重氮化反应温度为80℃,氧化剂中过硫酸铵与硝酸银摩尔比为14时,银粒子掺杂聚苯胺/石墨烯的电阻率为0.0011Ω·cm,导电性能优良。因此,银/聚苯胺/石墨烯纳米复合材料的制备在导电涂料、电磁屏蔽、电容器等领域具有很好的应用前景。 The aniline group was introduced to the graphene surface using isoamyl nitrite and p-phenylenediamine through a non-polluting diazotization reaction.Then polyaniline was conjugated grafted onto the graphene under the co-oxidation of ammonium persulfate and silver nitrate.The product was characterized by FTIR,SEM,TEM,XRD,TG and a four-probe resistivity tester.The results showed that the prepared nano silver doped polyaniline was conjugated to the graphene material.With the increase of the diazo reaction temperature,the grafting rate of polyaniline gradually increased.In addition,with the increase of silver ion content in the oxidant,the resistivity of nano silver doped polyaniline and polyaniline/graphene gradually decreased.When the the diazo reaction temperature at 80℃and the molar ratio of ammonium persulfate to silver nitrate in the oxidant was 1:4,the resistivity of silver particles doped polyaniline/graphene was 0.0011Ω·cm.Its excellent electrical conductivity has a good application prospects in the conductive coatings,electromagnetic shielding,capacitors and other fields.
