肉豆蔻木酚素对谷氨酸导致的小鼠海马HT22神经元损伤的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨肉豆蔻木酚素对谷氨酸介导的神经元毒性损伤的影响及神经保护作用。方法运用小鼠海马神经元HT22细胞系,采用各级浓度(0. 63、1. 25、2. 5、5、10 mmol/L)谷氨酸诱导海马神经元损伤,并用各级浓度(1. 25、2. 5、5、10μmol/L)肉豆蔻木酚素干预,运用MTT法,测定肉豆蔻木酚素对谷氨酸诱导的海马神经元生存率的影响;运用HE染色方法,观察海马神经元形态学变化。结果各级浓度(0. 63、1. 25、2. 5、5、10 mmol/L)谷氨酸诱导海马神经元损伤,具有浓度依赖性,而1. 25、2. 5、5、10μmol/L肉豆蔻木酚素可抑制2. 5μmol/L谷氨基酸所诱导的海马神经元损伤和形态学变化。结论肉豆蔻木酚素具有抗神经元凋亡及神经保护作用。
