西夏文写本、刻本文献中的小图案研究

The Research on the Small Patterns in the Xixia Literature

现存的西夏文刻本文献中往往可以见到内容丰富的小图案,如小沙弥、花卉、动物、花瓶与佛教相关的物品等,这些图案与它们的载体刻本文献一起,反映了西夏时期高超的雕刻艺术。西夏文写本文献中,同样发现有抄手在抄经时绘于经文中的小图案,形式多样,数量不少。通过对以上这些西夏文写本、刻本文献中的小图案进行研究,可以大致了解当时雕版刊刻及抄写经书的背景。分析这些小图案的主要来源,探讨它们在写本、刻本中出现的原因及作用,可以为了解西夏时期的艺术水平提供重要的线索。

The existing literature edition of the Xixia period can often see small patterns with rich content, such as flowers, vases, Buddhist monks and animals. These patterns together with their carders had reflected the Xixia Dynasty great carving art. They have been found also in the Tangut manuscripts when they were written with diversity of forms and numerous quantity. Researching on these patters, we could obtain a general understanding on the background when the books were engraving or copying. Analysing the sources of these patters to explore the causes and function they appearance is a clue to comprehend the artistic level in the Xixia Dynasty.
