摘要 随着移动互联网和物联网技术的蓬勃发展,移动作业车辆的车联网需求正逐渐受到越来越多的重视。首先提出了一种基于互联网+的移动作业车辆综合监控系统,车载状态监控控制器利用CAN总线等技术实时采集车辆的作业状态,并图形化显示在车载显示器上实现现场状态监控;同时利用GPS定位技术和GPRS通信技术,通过消息队列遥测传输(MQTT)协议将作业状态数据和车辆位置信息实时上传到云服务器;并在云服务器上利用数据库技术和Web技术实现远程状态监控。最后成功将监控系统部署在电动清扫车上,测试表明其运行稳定、实时性高、兼容性强,具有较高的推广价值。 With the rapid development of the mobile Internet and lOT technologies,the demand for Internet of mobile work vehicles is gradually receiving more and more attention.Firstly, an integrated monitoring system for mobile work vehicles based on Internet+ is proposed in this paper.Vehicle status monitoring controller uses CAN bus and other technologies to collect the status of the vehicle in real time,and graphically displays on the car monitor to realize on-site status monitoring. Meanwhile,it uses GPS positioning technology and GPRS communication technology to upload the running status data and vehicle position information to the cloud server in real time through the MQTT protocol.Then the remote status monitoring is implemented on the cloud server using database technology and web technology.Finally,the monitoring system is success- fully deployed on the electric sweepers.
