摘要
摆臂式轮廓仪测量大尺寸光学元件面形时会采集大量的数据,并且为了减少测量的时间及提高测量过程中的平稳性,需保持仪器的机械部分的持续运转,因此采集的数据需要快速地传输与存储。基于Xilinx FPGA搭建SOPC系统通过SATA接口驱动固态硬盘设计了符合以上要求的数据传输与存储系统。
Mass data will be collected when Swing-Arm Profilometer is used to measure the shapes of large optical ele- ments.In order to reduce time consume and increase stability in measuring process,the mechanical parts of the instrument must work continuously, so the high-speed data collection and transmission system is necessary.This paper builds a SOPC system based on Xilinx FPGA to implement SATA interface with SSD to finish the data transmission and storage system which is suitable for these requirements.
