摘要
设计了一种能应用于无刷直流电机中的轴向永磁轴承。根据设计要求首先利用有限元法计算得到满足载荷的磁环尺寸,并对其极限转速进行求解。接着从长寿命的实现以及结构特点两个方面阐述了辅助轴承的设计过程。最后对永磁悬浮轴承的力学性能进行分析,分析表明该永磁悬浮轴承轴向承载特性较好,径向偏移以及绕y轴的偏转对辅助轴承产生的载荷非常小,满足长寿命、高转速的工作要求。
An axial permanent magnet bearing which can be used in brushless DC motors is designed in this paper.Ac- cording to the design requirements,the size of the magnetic ring that satisfies the load is calculated by the finite element method and the limit speed is solved.Then from the realization of long life and structural characteristics of the two aspects of the design of auxiliary bearing process.Finally,the mechanical properties of permanent magnetism bearings are analyzed.
