默会知识理论对地方高校研究生培养的启示

摘要 研究生培养是当今高等教育研究和改革的热点话题。默会知识理论对地方高校的研究生培养具有重要的指导意义和启示。基于默会知识理论分析地方高校在研究生课堂教学和科研创新等培养过程中存在的问题,提出通过落实互动式课堂教学,加强教学科研实践环节,鼓励师徒频繁交流合作等途径来传递和掌握相关默会知识。提高研究生培养质量。 Training of postgraduates is a knowledge theory can be a critical guidance hot topic in the and inspiration current research and reform of higher education. The tacit for the cultivation of postgraduates in local colleges and universities. Based on the tacit knowledge theory, analyzes the problems in the training processes of postgraduates such as classroom teaching and research innovation in local colleges and universities, and proposes ways to transmit and master tacit knowledge, including implementation of interactive classroom teaching, strengthening of practice in teaching and research, and encouragement of frequent exchanges and cooperation between teachers and students. As a result, the quality of postgraduate education can be improved.
