摘要 对电线耐动态切割性能的影响因素导体和绝缘进行分析。导体方面包括结构、材质、镀层材质和加工工艺,绝缘方面包括材质、厚度、同心度和加工工艺。为保证电线在其使用环境下具有足够的耐动态切割性能,对其导体和绝缘进行优化设计。同时,需权衡电性能、机械性能等其它性能,使整体性能最优。 The conductor and insulation factors affecting the dynamic cut-through resistance performance of wires were analyzed. The aspects of conductor include structure, material, coating material and processing technology. The aspeers of insulation include material, thickness, concentricity and processing technology. In order to ensure that the wire in its using environment has sufficient dynamic cut-through resistance, the design of conductor and insulation was optimized. At the same time, other properties such as electrical and mechanical properties need to be weighed to optimize the overall performance.
