摘要
介绍了一种新型柔性耐弯曲电缆的研制过程,通过改进导体复绞方式提高了导体耐弯曲、耐扭转性能,对绝缘线芯进行表面处理,增加线芯间滑移补偿,防止绝缘线芯扭曲变形而"卡死",导致断芯;护套进行耐候处理,提高电缆整体性能,延长电缆使用寿命。
This paper introduced the development of a new flexible flexural cable. Improving the multiple twisting way of the conductor to enhance the bending and torsion resistance of the conductor. Conducting surface treatment of the insulated wire core to increase the inter-core slip compensation, and to prevent the insulated wire from distortion and stuck, which may lead to broken core. To make the outer sheath be weather tolerant to increase the overall performante and extend the service life of cables.
