儿童边缘人格特征量表的修订及其信效度检验

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the borderline personality features scale for children

目的:修订儿童边缘人格特征量表(Borderline Personality Features Scale for Children, BPFS-C)并进行信效度检验。方法:按量表翻译程序翻译成中文并对446名普通中学生进行施测,其中一半用于探索性因素分析,另一半用于验证性因素分析,并以人格组织量表、长处与困难问卷和自杀自伤量表为效标。选取重庆地区389名困境儿童和贵州地区373名留守儿童为被试,验证修订后的BPFS-C在困境和留守儿童样本中的因素结构是否与普通中学生相同。结果:经探索性因素分析,得到与原量表一致的四因素结构,累积方差解释率为50.08%。普通中学生样本、困境儿童样本、留守儿童样本验证性因素分析结果符合心理测量学要求(普通:掊2/df=1.86,RMSEA=0.06,GFI=0.91,AGFI=0.88,CFI=0.86;困境:掊2/df=2.18,RMSEA=0.06,GFI=0.94,AGFI=0.91,CFI=0.91;留守:掊2/df=2.66,RMSEA=0.07,GFI=0.92,AGFI=0.89,CFI=0.88)。修订后BPFS-C总分与各效标量表总分相关显著(r=0.69,0.51,0.28,p<0.01)。全量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.80。结论:修订后的BPFS-C中文版具有良好的信效度,可用于中国文化背景下对儿童边缘人格特征的测量。

Objective： To revise Borderline Personality Features Scale for Children（BPFS-C） and examine its reliability and validity. Methods： The Chinese version obtained after two-way translation and modification was conducted to 446 ordinary middle school students. Then, half of students were assessed for exploratory factor analysis and the rest students were assessed for confirmatory factor analysis. They also completed the IPO, SDQ and SI NSSI to test the criterion validity. Further, it selected 389 orphans and vulnerable children in Chongqing and 373 left-behind children in Guizhou to assess whether the revised BPFS-C has a similar factor structure in these two samples as in ordinary children sample. Results：Through the exploratory analysis, the revised BPFS-C had consistent factor structure as the original scale,accounting for 50.08% of the variance. The results of confirmatory factor analysis in three samples achieved the standard of psychometrics（ordinary children： X^2/df =1.86,RMSEA =0.06,GFI =0.91,AGFI =0.88,CFI =0.86;orphans and vulnerable children： X^2/df=2.18,RMSEA=0.06,GFI=0.94,AGFI=0.91,CFI=0.91;left-behind children： X^2/df =2.66,RMSEA =0.07,GFI =0.92,AGFI =0.89,CFI =0.88）. The revised BPFS-C had significant correlation with the three criterion scales（r=0.69,0.51,0.28,p〈0.01）. Besides, the Cronbach＇s α coefficient of the total scale was 0.80. Conclusions： The revised Chinese version of BPFS-C has acceptable psychometric quality and can be applied to research of borderline personality features for children under the background of Chinese culture.
