摘要
文章通过文献资料法、实验法和数理统计等对18周太极拳练习对大学生体质的影响进行研究,结果显示:18周太极拳练习使肥胖组和超重组大学生的体型都朝着合理化方向发展,但对正常组和低体重组没有显著影响;4个组别大学生的肺活量水平都有了显著提高,且肥胖组和超重组增长的绝对值大于正常组和低体重组;4个组别大学生的耐力和柔韧素质显著提高,且有效改善肥胖和超重组大学生的速度素质,但对正常组和低体重组的速度素质影响不明显等。
This paper studies the effects of 18-week Taijiquan exercises on college students 'physique through literature, experiment and mathematical statistics. The results show that 18-week Taijiquan exercises make the physique of obese and overweight college students develop towards rationalization, but have no significant effect on normal and low-weight groups. The absolute value of the growth of the obesity group and the overweight group was higher than that of the normal group and the low-weight group; the endurance and flexibility of the four groups were significantly improved, and the speed quality of the obese and the overweight students was effectively improved, but the speed quality of'the normal group and the low-weight group was affected. The noise is not obvious.
