The Chen' s Taijiquan, as a physical fitness activity is widely popular for people today. It has a very good effect on human cardiovascular system, central nervous system, respiratory system all, as well as the treatment of chronic diseases. So it has a very large fitness sense to practice Chen' s Taijiquan exercises for the people who have fast-pace modem life and high work pressure.
