快易与PTR融合教学法在高校网球课中的实证研究

网球以其高雅时尚的独特魅力深受广大学生喜爱,但是,学习网球的大学生大多是零基础,比较难掌握技术要求较高的网球技能。快易和PTR的融合是适合初级阶段的网球教学法,文章根据场地器材情况,在分析学生特点及结合网球运动规律基础之上,创新性地把快易与PTR融合教学法与传统教学法对比进行实证研究,研究表明:快易与PTR融合教学法寓教于乐,有效还原了网球的游戏本性,与传统教学相比,更易于让初学者接受网球运动,同时培养了学生竞争与合作的意识。
