快易与PTR融合教学法在高校网球课中的实证研究

摘要 网球以其高雅时尚的独特魅力深受广大学生喜爱,但是,学习网球的大学生大多是零基础,比较难掌握技术要求较高的网球技能。快易和PTR的融合是适合初级阶段的网球教学法,文章根据场地器材情况,在分析学生特点及结合网球运动规律基础之上,创新性地把快易与PTR融合教学法与传统教学法对比进行实证研究,研究表明:快易与PTR融合教学法寓教于乐,有效还原了网球的游戏本性,与传统教学相比,更易于让初学者接受网球运动,同时培养了学生竞争与合作的意识。 Tennis is deeply loved by the majority of students with its unique charm of elegance and fashion. However, the majority of college students who study tennis are from zero basis, so it is difficult to master the tennis skills with high technical requirements Tennis Play &Stay and PTR teaching methodon is suitable for the primary stage of tennis teaching, according to the site equipment, based on the analysis of student characteristics and combining with the tennis movement role based on the innovative Tennis Play &Stay and PTR teaching methodon compared with traditional teaching method in empirical research, research has shown that Tennis Play &Stay and PTR teaching methodon can effective reduction ofthe tennis game nature, compared with the traditional teaching, easier to let the beginners to accept tennis, cultivate the students' consciousness of competition and cooperation at the same time.
