摘要 目的:探讨敏捷梯练习对4-6岁儿童身体素质相关指标(身体协调性、平衡性、灵敏性)的影响。方法:以新都区西街小学幼儿园40名4-6岁儿童为实验对象,进行为期10个单元(每天训练一个小时,十天为一个训练单元)的实验研究。将其分为实验A组和对照B组,两组儿童无显著性差异(p> 0. 05)。其中A组进行敏捷梯训练,B组保持正常生活作息不变。结论:实验结果表明通过10个单元的敏捷梯练习,A组儿童的身体协调性、灵敏性和协调性对比实验前有显著性差异差异(p <0. 05),对比对照组具有非常显著性差异(p <0. 01)。B组实验前后无显著性差异(p> 0. 05)。 Objective : To explore the effects of agility ladder exercises on physical fitness related indicators ( physical coordination, balance, sensitivity) of children aged 4 - 6 years. Methods : 40 children aged 4 - 6 years old in Xinjie District West Street Primary School were used as experimental subjects to conduct an experimental study of 10 units ( one hour per day and ten days as a training unit) . They were divided into experimental group A and control group B. There was no significant difference between the two groups ( p 〉 0. 05 ) . Among them, group A performs agility ladder training, and group B maintains normal life and rest. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the body coordination, sensitivity and coordination of group A children have significant differences before the experiment ( p 〈 0. 05 ) through 10 units of agile ladder exercises, and the control group has very significant differences ( p 〈 0.01 ) . There was no significant difference before and after the experiment in group B ( p 〉 0. 05) .
