我国各省市应正视现有签证体系存在的问题,结合自身的特点制定相应的便利化签证政策。同时,要统筹兼顾,做好与周边省市的横向联系以及与中央相应政策的纵向衔接工作,共同织起一张签证大网:辐射周边,为区域性入境游的开展创造更便利的条件;辐射全国,为游客入境畅游提供更便捷的签证环境;辐射四海八方,为吸引更多海外游客传递中国诚意。
