Research on the Supply Problem of Developing the Old-age Service Industry in Shanghai

大力发展养老服务产业是上海积极应对人口深度老龄化和完善上海"9073"养老布局的必由之路。推进养老服务产业的发展,不仅能有效满足老人晚年"有尊严"生活的重要途径,还能促进上海经济增长,激发"银色经济"活力。推进上海养老服务产业的健康发展,应从供给侧发力,积极完善社会养老服务供给体系,增加社会资本有效积累,缓解政府财政负担,提高养老服务水平。

Developing the old age service industry is the only way for Shanghai to actively cope with the deep population aging and improve the ＂9073＂ old age distribution. Promoting the development of the old age service industry is not only an important way to effectively meet the need of having a ＂dignified＂ life of the elderly, but also to promote the economic growth of Shanghai and stimulate the vitality of the ＂silver economy＂. To promote the healthy development of Shanghai＇s old age service industry, we should make efforts from the supply side, actively improve the supply system, increase the effective accumulation of social capital, ease the government＇s financial burden, and improve the level of old age services.
