摘要 采用DELMIA软件将施工仿真应用到碾压混凝土拱坝,将施工过程可视化和数据化。采用这种仿真模拟技术对施工过程进行仿真,变更参数、修改方案比较容易,可优化施工机械配置、施工技术参数和施工方案。DELMIA的DPM模块充分利用"数字样机"的三维数据,实现在三维基础上的3D方案规划,并对项目施工过程、资源分配、节点管控等进行三维可视化模拟并验证。可视化仿真创建方法实现了仿真建模、模型处理、仿真过程和仿真结果的可视化。DELMIA的QUEST模块用离散事件动态系统网络模型来动态仿真,将系统工程中的排队理论和实际逻辑约束相结合,得到与实际情况基本一致的仿真结果。研究了基于DELMIA的高碾压混凝土拱坝施工过程仿真与优化的理论方法及其应用。通过DELMIA的DPM模块研究实现了碾压混凝土拱坝施工过程的动态可视化仿真;通过施工安全仿真,促进施工辅助设施的设计,保障了人员操作的安全;实现了施工计划的三维关联和查询。利用DELMIA的QUEST模块建立了混凝土施工交通运输系统排队网络仿真模型,利用离散分析技术解决了混凝土运输的排队问题。 In this paper, DELMIA software was used to apply construction simulation to RCC arch dam to visualize and digitalize the construction process. The concrete transportation and pouring of roller compacted concrete arch dam were mainly studied. Using this simulation technology to simulate the construction process, it was easier to change the parameters and modify the scheme. It could optimize the mechanical configuration, construction technology parameters and construction scheme. The DPM module of DELMIA made full use of the three-dimensional data of the “digital prototype” to realize 3D scheme planning based on the three-dimensional, and conducted the three-dimensional visualization simulation and verification of the project construction process, resource allocation and node control. Visual simulation creation methods enabled the visualization of simulation modeling, model processing, simulation processes and simulation results. The QUEST of DELMIA module used the discrete event dynamic system network model to dynamically simulate and combined the queuing theory in the system engineering with the actual logic constraints to obtain simulation results that were basically consistent with the actual. The theoretical method and application of simulation and optimization of high RCC arch dam construction process based on DELMIA were studied. Through the DPM study of DELMIA, the dynamic visualization simulation of the construction process of RCC arch dam was realized. Through the safety simulation of personnel construction, the design of construction auxiliary facilities was promoted, the safety of personnel operation was guaranteed and the connection and construction of construction plan and three-dimensional were realized. Using the QUEST of DELMIA, the queuing network simulation model of concrete construction transportation system was established and the queuing problem of concrete transportation was solved by discrete analysis technology.
