儿童门诊静脉输液安全隐患及护理策略探究

目的分析与探究儿童门诊静脉输液安全隐患及护理策略。方法选择门诊输液室于2016年7月-2017年1月间收治的5400例患儿为A组研究主体。分析其静脉输液过程中存在的安全隐患,不给予护理策略。选择门诊输液室于2017年2月-2017年8月间收治的5400例患儿为B组研究主体。给予其针对性护理策略。对比两组患儿的静脉输液安全情况。结果 A组的医嘱因素发生率为1.33%,穿刺因素发生率为1.54%,药品因素发生率为0.87%,药液外渗发生率为0.11%,沟通不佳发生率为1.15%,固定脱落发生率为1.46%,其他因素发生率为1.52%。B组分别为0.20%,0.43%,0.41%,0.61%,0.46%,0.57%和0.80%,对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合分析门诊静脉输液患儿的安全隐患,并给予其针对性护理策略,可降低安全隐患发生率,提高静脉输液安全性,应积极推广。

Objective To analyze and explore the hidden dangers and nursing strategies of intravenous infusion in children＇s clinic. Methods The 5400 children admitted to the outpatient infusion room between July 2016 and January 2017 were selected as the subjects of study group A. Analyze the potential safety hazards in the pro- cess of intravenous infusion,and give no nursing strategies. The study subjects of group B were 5400 children admitted to the outpatient infusion room between February 2017 and August 2017.Give them targeted nursing strategies. The intravenous infusion safety of the two groups was compared. Results In group A, the incidence of doctor＇s advice factors,puncture factor,drug factor,extravasation,poor communication,fixation and shedding was 1.33% ,1.54% ,0.87% ,0.11% ,1.15% ,1.46% and 1.52% respectively. Whereas group B was that of 0.20%, 0.43%, 0.41%, 0.61%, 0.46%, 0.57% and 0.80% respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion A comprehensive analysis of the safety risks of children with intravenous infusion in the outpatient department and corresponding nursing strategies can reduce the incidence of safety risks and improve the safety of intravenous infusion, which should be actively promoted.
