摘要
目的探究重组人脑利钠肽辅助治疗老年心力衰竭的疗效及对心功能、炎性指标影响。方法选取2015年1月至2018年2月我院收治的老年心力衰竭患者130例,分为A组和B组,各65例,A组采用一般抗心衰竭治疗方法,B组在A组基础上采用重组人脑利钠肽辅助治疗。观察两组患者临床治疗效果、心功能、炎性指标变化情况。结果治疗后,B组左室射血分数、左室收缩末期内径、左房内径、心脏指数水平均优于A组(P<0.05);B组脑钠尿肽、C型反应性蛋白、血清肌酐水平均优于A组(P<0.05);B组临床总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论与一般抗心衰竭治疗法相比,加用重组人脑利钠肽辅助治疗不仅利于改善老年心力衰竭患者心功能,更利于抑制炎性反应、提高临床治疗效果,该治疗模式具有独特临床优势,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in elderlypatients with heart failure and its influence on cardiac function and inflammatory indexes. Methods A total of 130 elderlypatients with heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2015 and February 2018 were selected, they were dividedinto group A and group B, with 65 cases in each group. The group A was treated with general anti-heart failure treatment,while the group B was treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the basis of the group A. The clinicaltherapeutic effects and the changes in heart function and inflammatory indicators of the two groups were observed. ResultsAfter treatment, the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end systolic diameter, left atrial diameter andcardiac index in the group B were better than those in the groupA (P〈0.05); the levels of natriuretic peptide, c-reactiveprotein and serum creatinine in group B were all superior to groupA (P〈0.05); the total clinical efficiency of group B washigher than that of groupA (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with general anti -heart failure, adjuvant therapy withrecombinant human brain natriuretic peptide not only can improve the cardiac function of patients with senile heart failure,but also can inhibit inflammatory response and improve therapeutic effect. This treatment mode has unique clinicaladvantages and worth further pouplarizing and applying in clinic.
