穴位埋线联合沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘的疗效

Therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation on bronchial asthma

目的探讨穴位埋线联合沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法选取我院收治的56例轻中度哮喘患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组28例,对照组给予沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂,治疗组在此基础上给予穴位埋线治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者FEV1%、FEV_1/FVC和PEF%均显著上升,血清IL-5和MMP-9水平均显著降低,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切,可改善患者肺功能,降低IL-5和MMP-9水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with salmeterol andfluticasone propionate inhalation on bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 56 patients with mild to moderate asthma in ourhospital were selected as research objects, which were divided into control group and treatment group by applying randomnumber table method, with 28 cases in each group. Patients in the control group took salmeterol and fluticasone propionateinhalation, on the basis of the control group, patients in the treatment group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding.The treatment effects in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment groupwas significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, FEV1%, FEV1/FVC and PEF% in the twogroups significantly increased, levels of IL-5 and MMP-9 in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in thetreatment group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combinedwith salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation can effectively treat bronchial asthma, improve patients＇ lung function,and decrease the levels of IL-5 and MMP-9, which is worth clinical application.
