甲状腺微小结节良恶性的常规超声与超声弹性成像技术的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺微小结节良恶性的常规超声与超声弹性成像技术的诊断价值。方法随机选择医院72例(85枚结节)甲状腺微小结节患者作为研究对象,患者均行常规超声、超声弹性成像技术检查。比较两种诊断方式的诊断,以及良、恶性结节的弹性应变率比值(SR)和受试者工作特征曲线下面积(AUC)。结果超声弹性成像技术的符合率高于常规超声(P<0.05);良性结节SR和AUC均低于恶性结节(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺微小结节诊断中超声弹性成像技术有较高的符合率,且应用SR和AUC能有效判断其良、恶性,超声弹性成像技术可作为常规诊断的补充方式,建议推广。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography forthyroid micronodule. Methods A total of 72 cases (85 nodules) with thyroid micronodule in the hospital were treated asresearch objects and underwent conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography examination. The diagnostic value ofthe two diagnostic methods were compared, and elastic strain rate ratio (SR) and area under the receiver operatingcharacteristic curve (AUC) of benign and malignant nodules were compared. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of theultrasonic elastography were higher than those of the conventional ultrasound (P〈0.05). SR and AUC of benign noduleswere lower than those of malignant nodules (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of thyroid micronodule, ultrasonicelastography has higher coincidence rate, and SR and AUC can be used to effectively judge benign and malignant nodules.Ultrasonic elastography can be treated as a supplement to conventional diagnosis, it is recommended to promotion.
