优质护理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量的影响

Effect of high-quality nursing on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer

目的探讨优质护理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年2月我科收治的乳腺癌术后化疗患者106例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各53例。对照组给予基础护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理,比较两组患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量情况。结果护理后,观察组无疲乏人数占比显著高于护理前及对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者SAS和SDS评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论优质护理能较好地缓解乳腺癌术后化疗引起的癌因性疲乏症状,改善患者焦虑和抑郁状态,提高护理的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life inpostoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer. Methods From January 2016 to February 2018, 106 patientsundergoing chemotherapy after breast cancer treated in our department were selected as study objects and randomly dividedinto observation group and control group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was given basic nursing, and theobservation group was given high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group. The situation of cancer-related fatigueand quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the proportion of patients without fatigue in theobservation group was significantly higher than that before nursing and in the control group （P〈0.05）. After nursing, theSAS and SDS scores of the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than thecontrol group （P〈0.01）. The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion High -quality nursing can better alleviate the symptoms of cancer -related fatiguecaused by postoperative chemotherapy after breast cancer, improve the state of anxiety and depression of patients, andimprove nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting.
