综合护理干预在妊娠合并生殖器尖锐湿疣患者中的效果

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with pregnancy complicated with genital condyloma acuminatum

目的观察综合护理干预在妊娠合并生殖器尖锐湿疣患者中的应用效果。方法研究对象为我院2016年12月至2017年12月收治的50例妊娠合并生殖器尖锐湿疣患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,观察两组护理效果。结果观察组护理不良事件总发生率为0.00%,显著低于对照组的12.00%(P<0.05)。观察组病灶复发率为8. 00%,显著低于对照组的28. 00%(P <0. 05)。观察组护理满意度96. 00%,显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对妊娠合并生殖器尖锐湿疣患者具有积极的作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with pregnancywith genital condyloma acuminata. Methods Fifty patients with pregnancy complicated with genital condyloma acuminatawho were admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study objects and randomlydivided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups wereobserved. Results The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 0.00% , which wassignificantly lower than 12.00% of control group （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the lesion in the observation group was8.00%, which was significantly lower than 28.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of theobservation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than 76.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. ConclusionComprehensive nursing intervention has a positive effect on pregnancy patients with genital condyloma acuminata, which isworthy of clinical promotion.
