舒适护理对胃穿孔修补术患者疼痛控制的影响

Effect of comfort nursing on pain control in patients with gastric perforation repair

目的探究舒适护理对胃穿孔修补术患者疼痛控制的影响。方法将2016年10月至2017年11月我院收治的90例胃穿孔修补术患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例,常规胃穿孔修补术围术期护理干预)与观察组(45例,舒适护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后3 d,两组患者的疼痛情况、疼痛缓解知识认知情况、WHOQOL-BREF评分均改善,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理对胃穿孔修补术患者疼痛控制效果较好,可提高患者的疼痛缓解知识认知度。

Objective To investigate the influence of comfort nursing on the pain control of patients with gastricperforation repair. Methods Ninety patients with gastric perforation repair admitted in our hospital from October 2016 toNovember 2017 were randomly divided into the control group （45 cases, routine gastric perforation repair perioperative nursingintervention） and observation group （45 cases, comfort nursing）. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results At3 d after nursing, the pain, cognition of pain relief knowledge and WHOQOL-BREF scores of the two groups improved, andthose in the observation group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comfort nursing in patients withgastric perforation repair has a better pain control effect, it can improve cognition of pain relief knowledge of patients.
