摘要
在对电控发动机标定系统全面分析的基础上,将标定软件简化为标定平台、通讯与监控三个子模块。针对标定甲台,引入标定变量描述文件,设计了友善的用户界面,并用地址绑定的方法实现了标定数据的准确传递。用该方法设计的标定甲台已应用于一种新型高压共轨式电控柴油机燃油喷射系统的研制。
Based on a thorough analysis of calibration systems for electronically controlled engines, the paper simplifies the calibration software into three modules respectively for calibration platform, communication and monitor.For the calibration platform,the paper introduces the description file of calibration variables,designs friendly interfaces and facilitates data exchanging by means of address binding. An application example of the platform in the development of a fuel system of a modern high pressure common rail electronically controlled diesel engine is given.
