基于学生创新创业能力培养的高职院校教学改革探析

An Analysis of Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Cultivation of Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship

当前,我国高职院校在培养学生创新创业能力方面存在学生缺乏创新创业意识、团队建设困难、课程体系与教学内容滞后、教学实验设备不足、教师综合能力不强、教学管理与评价缺失等问题。面对在学生创新创业能力培养存在的诸多问题,高职院校应不断地更新教学理念,健全课程体系,加强教学实验设备建设,提高教师综合素质,加强教学管理,全面促进学生创新创业能力的培养。

At present, there are problems as the lack of senses of innovation and entrepreneurship, difficulties in team work building, retrogression in cun＇iculunl system and teaching content, insufficient teaching experiment equipment, weak comprehensive ability of teachers, and insufficient teaching management and evaluation in Chinese higher vocational colleges. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should constantly update their teaching concepts, improve their eun＇ieulunl system, strengthen the construction of teaching experiment equipment, improve the overall quality of teachers, strengthen teaching management, and comprehensively promote the cultivation of students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
