摘要
针对因市电波动造成某信息机房内所有精密空调停运故障现象,通过对市电波动情况、ATS切换机制、开关跳闸原因等进行分析,得出机房精密空调停运是由于市电波动未达到空调主控板失电条件,导致7台精密空调压缩机同时重启产生780 A冲击电流,致使市电配电屏ATS切换开关主路因过流跳闸,ATS切换开关未动作,市电配电屏全部输出分路停电,精密空调停运。提出了针对性的解决措施,提高了空调电源设备供电可靠性。
Aiming at the precision air conditioner shutdown caused by the urban power fluctuation in an infomlation room, by the analysis of the urban power fluctuation, ATS switch mechanism and switch trip, the causes were concluded that the urban power fluctuation had not reached the power failure condition of main control board of the air conditioner, leading to 7 precision air conditioning compressors restart and produce 780 A surge current, which caused power distribution panel ATS switch not to take action due to the over - current trip, and the whole output shunt of the mains power distribution panel failed and precision air conditioner shut down. So the solution was proposed to improve the power supply reliability of the air conditioner.
