农村职校服务三农工作的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Rural Vocational School's Serving the Work Related to Agriculture,Rural areas and Farmers

农村区县办职业教育中心在示范校和示范区县建设完成后,如何发挥示范、引领作用,静海区成人职业教育中心在教学与培训的实践与研究的过程通过学生社团活动、利用社会资源开展学生实习、实训基地建设、为农民开展食用菌栽培技术培训等方面的实践收到了较好的效果。为提高教学质量、为农民进一步实施农产品供给侧改革、实施乡村振兴、农民致富进行了有效的实践与探索,收到了多赢的效果。

To explore how vocational centers run by rural districts/counties can play their roles of demonstration and leadership after completion of model school and model district/county construction,Vocational Adult Education Center of Jinghai District has received a good effect in the practice of student practice,training base construction,training on edible mushrooms cultivation techniques for farmers via students’ organization activities and by use of social resources in the process of practice and research of teaching and training,which has realized an effective practice and exploration for the purpose of improving the teaching quality,further carrying out farmers’ supply side reform of agricultural products,implementing rural revitalization and promoting the farmers to get rich,and an all-win effect has been achieved.
