高职院校法律课程教学改革思路研究

Research on Teaching Reform Thoughts of Law Courses of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校法律课程是法律专业学生的必修课程,然而在实际教学过程中,还存着很多需要改革完善的地方,教学改革可以有效促进高职院校法律专业的发展,提高教学水平。该文依据高职法律课程体系现状,分析了高职院校法律课程中的问题,提出了几点改革措施,希望对高职院校法律课程改革有所帮助。

Law courses of higher vocational colleges are required courses for students majoring in law,however,in practical teaching,there are many places needing reform and improvement.Teaching reform can effectively promote the development of law major in higher vocational colleges and improve the teaching level.This paper,based on the current situation of law courses in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems existed in law courses of higher vocational colleges,and presents several measures of reform,expecting to help the reform of law courses in higher vocational colleges.
