How to Build a Long-term Working Mechanism for Safety Management of Safe Campus

全面建设平安校园,结合当前高校维护安全稳定工作的实际情况,采用"顶层设计"的系统论理论从"平安校园"整体规划建设的角度对校园安全建设加以全面论述和严谨分析,建立问责管理与监督控制相结合的机制。文本将针对新时期"平安校园"创建过程中做法和措施展开研究,具有重要意义。

For the purpose of all-round construction of safe campus,in combination with the actual conditions of safety and stability maintenance of colleges/universities at present,＂top-level design＂system theory is adopted to comprehensively discuss and rigorously analyze the campus safety construction from the perspective of＂safe campus＂overall planning and construction,and establishes mechanism of combining accountability management and supervision control.This paper conducts research on the practice and measures in the creation process of＂safe campus＂in new period,with a great significance.
