摘要
目的:通过对比分析显微超声技术在治疗C形根管的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年6月~2016年5月来我院口腔内科治疗下颌第二磨牙的患者579例,C形根管263例;将其分为两组,实验组结合显微镜及超声技术对132例387个根管运用镍钛根管预备与热牙胶充填技术完成根管的预备和充填,对照组131例383个根管常规镍钛预备和热牙胶充填。对比分析两组治疗疗效。结果:实验组根管预备发生的并发症(32例8.3%)远远低于对照组(75例19.6%)(P<0.05);根管充填的恰填上实验组(95.5%)高于对照组(85.6%)(P<0.01),实验组欠填和超填明显小于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后1年、2年进行疗效跟踪评价,实验组成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:显微超声技术的使用大大提高了C形根管的诊断及治疗的成功率。
Objective: To compare and analyze the role of micro-ultrasound in the treatment of C-shaped root canal system. Methods: Totally 579 cases of mandibular second molar were treated by oral medicine from June 2014 to May 2016,that 263 cases of C-shaped root canal were divided into two groups. In the experimental group,387 root canals of 132 cases were prepared and filled with nickel-titanium root canal and hot gutta-percha filling technique,and the control group was 131 cases with 383 cases of conventional nickel-titanium root canal preparation and hot gutta-percha filling. Results: The complications of root canal preparation in the experimental group( 8. 3%) was significantly lower than those in the control group( 19. 6%)( P〈0. 05),the rate of root canal filling in the experimental group( 95. 5%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 85. 6%)( P〈0. 01),and that in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P〈0. 01). The success rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The application of microsonography can greatly improve the success rate of diagnosis and treatment of C-shaped root canal.
