同期冠修复在治疗上颌第一磨牙隐裂的疗效观察

Comparison of clinical efficacy of root canal therapy with crown restoration in treatment of cracked pulptis

目的:探讨隐裂牙牙髓病患者同步实施根管治疗与冠修复的临床效果。方法:选取2015年12月~2016年12月接受治疗的60名隐裂牙牙髓病患者;分成两组,每组各30例,对照组患者仅进行根管治疗术,实验组患者使用根管治疗同期联合冠修复治疗;对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为90%和60%,实验组患者的总有效人数较对照组高27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者满意度为90%,对照组为80%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前牙齿健康评分值无明显差异(P>0.05);实验组治疗后牙齿健康评分值(12.6±8.9)分,高于对照组(10.4±8.5)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根管治疗同期修复隐裂牙的临床效果显著,减轻了患者的痛苦。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of root canal therapy and crown restoration in cracked teeth with pulpitis. Methods： A total of 60 patients with cracked tooth pulp were observed,that were divided into two groups. The number of patients in each group was 30 cases,using traditional methods of treatment of patients in the control group,and using dare canal therapy combined crown restoration in experimental group patients,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results： The treatment efficiency of the combined control group was 90% and 60% respectively,and the total effective number of the experimental group was 27% higher than that of the control group,with statistical significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was 90%,80% in the control group,and that in the control group was lower than that of the experimental group,with statistical significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. The two groups before treatment were no significant differences in dental health score（ P〈0. 05）. The dental health score of experimental group after treatment（ 12. 6 ± 8. 9） was higher than that of control group（ 10. 4 ± 8. 5）,with statistical significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Crown restoration and root canal treatment of cracked tooth pulp disease in patients with significant clinical effect can reduce the pain of patients.
