摘要
目的:比较镍钛器械Reciproc、Wave One与Pro Taper磨牙根管预备的临床效果。方法:选择牙髓炎或根尖周炎需要根管治疗的磨牙105颗,随机分为3组,每组35颗磨牙。R组使用镍钛器械Reciproc经往复运动旋转进行根管预备;W组使用镍钛器械Wave One经往复运动进行根管预备;P组使用镍钛器械Pro Taper顺时旋转进行根管预备,均采用热牙胶垂直加压技术充填根管。比较三种镍钛器械根管预备时间,器械折断数,术后疼痛情况,并评价根管预备及根充效果。结果:三组根管预备时间,Wave One最短,Reciproc次之,Pro Taper最长,R组、W组均明显短于P组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P组折断3支,R组、W组均未发现器械折断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。R组、W组、P组均保持根管原有走向,根管锥度好,流畅度好,术后疼痛及根充效果,均无统计学意义(P>0.05),结论:Reciproc,Wave One,Pro Taper三种镍钛器械预备根管效果较好,均保持根管原有走向,根管锥度好,流畅度好,术后并发症轻;Reciproc,Wave One预备磨牙根管更加省时、高效。
Objective: To compare the preparation effects by using three types of instruments( Peciproc/waveone/Protaper) to prepare molar root canals. Methods: Totally 105 molars suffering pulpitis or apical periodontitis were randomly divided into 3 groups that each group had 35 molars. Nickel-titanium instruments of Reciproc were used to prepare by reciprocating and rotating motion in group R. Wave One were used to prepare by reciprocating and rotating motion in group W. ProTaper were used to prepare by rotating motion in group P. And root canal preparation time,numbers of instruments broken,postoperative pain were recorded. Root canal preparation and filling effects were evaluated. Results: During 3 groups,group W needed the minimum time,secondly was group R,both were shorter than group P,and significant differences in statistics were existed between them( P〈0. 05). No instrument was broken in group R and group W,comparing with 3 instruments broken in group P,statistically significant differences were existed among them( P〈0. 05). No statistically significant differences( P〉0. 05) was existed among 3 groups which could maintain the original direction of root canal,good root canal taper,fluent root canals,postoperative pain and root filling effect. Conclusion: Good effects could gained with three different nickel-titanium instruments for root canal preparation,all kept the original root canal directions,as well as good root canal preparation taper and fluency,lighter postoperative complications. More time could saved by Reciproc,Wave One,which were more efficiently in preparing molar root canals.
