Construction of Information Management Platform for Crop Germplasm Resources in Hunan

构建农作物种质资源信息管理平台实现湖南农作物种质资源信息的数字化、网络化管理。不仅能促进种质资源的保存、利用与科学管理,还有效提高资源研究者的工作效率及种质资源的利用效率。基于渐进式框架,以PHP为开发平台,MYSQL为后台数据库,Windows Server 2008为操作平台进行农作物种质资源信息管理平台的开发。构建了湖南农作物种质资源信息管理平台,实现了种质资源信息数据管理、数据查询、元数据规范、用户管理及数据可视化展示等功能。构建的种质资源信息管理平台能够满足种质资源信息网络化管理的需求,为种质资源信息规范管理提供了信息化技术支持。

To construct a crop germplasm resources information management platform to realize the digitalization and network management of Hunan crop germplasm resources information. It can not only promote the conservation, utilization and scientific management of germplasm resources, but also effectively improve the efficiency of resource researchers and utilization of germplasm resources. Based on the progressive framework, using PHP as the development platform, MYSQL as the background database, Windows Server 2008 for the operation platform for the development of the information management platform for crop germplasm resources. The information management platform of Hunan crop germplasm resources was constructed, which realized the functions of information data management, data query, metadata specification, user management and data visualization. The constructed germplasm information management platform can meet the needs of network management of germplasm information, and provide information technology support for the standardized management of germplasm resources information.
