摘要
日前,《国家职业技能标准——茶艺师》正式颁布实施,'新标'体现了增强实用性、明确人才类型、充实茶艺师要求、明确茶健康、中外茶文化交流等五大变化。茶艺师的职业规范,对于进一步推动茶艺发展起到了积极的作用。本期特别报道以'茶艺的进化'为主题,从茶艺的概念出发,我们试图通过茶艺的发端、茶艺竞赛对于茶艺发展的推动作用,观察茶艺升级之路。
