鲁迅生命的最后十年是在上海度过的。1927年10月3日,鲁迅由广州到上海,5日,便去位于北四川路魏盛里的内山书店'买书四种四本';鲁迅于1936年10月19日逝世,17日的日记还有'往内山书店'的记载。从某种意义上说,鲁迅在上海的十年就是经常在内山书店喝茶、漫谈的十年。

Lu Xun spent the last ten years of his life in Shanghai.On October 5,1927,two days after his arrival in Shanghai,he visited Uchiyama Books in Shanghai.He noted in his diary that he bought four books in four titles there.He passed away on October 19,1936.In the entry dated October 17,Lu Xun wrote that he visited the bookstore that day.In a sense,the last ten years of Lu Xun can be viewed in the perspective of his frequent visits to the bookstore and his chatting,over a cup of tea,with his friend Kanzo Uchiyama,the Japanese businessman and publisher..
