摘要
2017年我国颁布了食品安全国家标准GB 31641-2016《航空食品卫生规范》,规定了航空食品的原料和成品采购、加工、存储、运输及机上供餐服务等环节的操作规范及卫生控制要求。本文结合我国航空食品的特点及发展现状,解读GB 31641-2016《航空食品卫生规范》的特色,阐述其实施意义,为进一步加强口岸食品卫生监督与管理提供参考,更好地保障航空食品卫生安全。
National standard about food safety GB 31641-2016 "Hygienic code of flight food" was issued in 2017,which stipulated the operational specifications and sanitary control requirements for the procurement,processing,storage and transportation of flight food raw materials and finished products,as well as the services in-flight.The features and meanings of GB 31641-2016 "Hygienic code of flight food" were interpreted in accordance with the char-acteristics and development status of Chinese flight food to represent its implemented significances,which could provide suggestion for the further hygiene supervision and management,and ensure the flight food hygiene safety.
