高同型半胱氨酸血症与老年糖尿病肾病及胰岛素抵抗相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析高同型半胱氨酸血症和老年糖尿病肾病及胰岛素抵抗之间的相关性。方法选取医院纳入并开展诊断及治疗的老年糖尿病肾病患者180例,并将其中60例收入观察1亚组,60例收入观察2亚组,60例收入观察3亚组。另外选取同时间段医院进行老年健康体检者180例为对照组,检测并分析4组的血清同型半胱氨酸含量、肌酐清除总计率、尿白蛋白排泄总计率、胰岛素指数。结果观察组血清同型半胱氨酸含量、肌酐清除总计率、尿白蛋白排泄总计率、胰岛素指数与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01);观察2亚组、3亚组血清同型半胱氨酸含量与观察1亚组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01);观察3亚组血清同型半胱氨酸含量与观察2亚组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症和老年糖尿病肾病及胰岛素抵抗均存在相关性。
